Food styling, recipe development and brand design.
Cafe Saint Peche was a passion project born from my love for cooking passion for good food. It was my first stint at brand development, from brand image, to design, to packaging, to marketing and even recipe development, it really let me dip my self into the brand development world.
This french cafe in the heart of bustling Guatemala City was a disruptor in it’s industry, amassing more than 10,000 orders from at least 4,000 individual customers and generating $120,000 of revenue during the first year in business, it was a great success.
A crucial tool that allowed us to reach those milestones was our carefully designed shopify powered website. We managed inventory, managed our in store and e-commerce ordering system from shopify as well as our google marketing.
The brand was acquired by a friend and investor a few years ago,I remain on the board as a stakeholder and board member. Due to my newfound freedom l decided to travel through Europe and the Middle East to discover new cultures and broaden my knowledge of global food and art. At heart, I’m a curious person with a passion for sharing in other cultures and seeing the world.
