Co-Living in Antigua Guatemala: Slow Travel & Shared Living in the Historic Center

Antigua Guatemala has long been a magnet for slow travelers, digital nomads, creatives, and remote workers looking for beauty, history, and a calmer rhythm of life. Yet truly intentional co-living spaces in Antigua Guatemala are still rare — especially ones designed for longer stays, community, and comfort rather than short-term tourism.

This project was created to fill that gap.

We offer a premium co-living and shared living experience in the historic center of Antigua, designed for people who want to stay at least two weeks, settle in, and actually live here — not just pass through.

What makes this co-living space different?

  • Central location inside Antigua’s historic core
  • Private rooms with private bathrooms
  • Two adjacent colonial houses with shared kitchens and living spaces
  • A built-in community program with weekly events and dinners
  • Flexible stays starting at two weeks, with monthly pricing for longer stays

This is slow travel housing, done intentionally.
